🌍 Empowering Youth Through Sustainable Craft Education! 🧶

While education systems in Romania and Serbia offer valuable foundations, there’s growing potential to enhance vocational training, especially for young people eager to combine creativity with sustainability.

Many aged 14 to 25 are looking for more practical, hands-on experiences, particularly in areas like:

🌱 Permaculture & eco-gardening
🧵 Sewing, embroidery, crocheting, knitting
🏺 Pottery & model farming

That’s where our new cross-border initiative steps in! 🇷🇴🤝🇷🇸

Civilian Centre “Ci-Fi” from Senta and Bastion-Varbastya Association from Timisoara launched an innovative project to:
✅ Improve vocational and artistic skills
✅ Offer engaging non-formal education focused on sustainability
✅ Renovate and equip two training centres in Senta (Serbia) and Timisoara (Romania)
✅ Host lectures, practical workshops, and exhibitions for young participants

By promoting environmentally friendly craft production, this project is not only preserving tradition, it’s empowering the next generation with real-world skills and increasing their employability.
